How to Use

  1. Paste your timestamped captions in the input box (format: HH:MM:SS:FF)
  2. Select the appropriate frame rate (FPS) that matches your video
  3. Configure options as needed for your specific caption format

  5. Copy or download the resulting SRT file

Format Information

This converter transforms timestamps from HH:MM:SS:FF format (where FF is frames) to the standard SRT format which uses HH:MM:SS,mmm format (where mmm is milliseconds).

Tips

  • Make sure to select the correct FPS to match your source video
  • For Premiere Pro exports, typically the format is at 59.94 or 60 FPS
  • The output .srt file should have the same name as your video file and be placed in the same folder
